for Resourcing Services

2. Scope of Services

Nova Optima Media provides a variety of resourcing services, including but not limited to:

• Door-to-door data collection
• Mobile phone resourcing and retrieval
• Additional resourcing services as requested by clients

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information regarding the nature of the services required. Any changes to the project scope must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.

4. Service Availability

Nova Optima Media makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as third-party issues, weather, or location-specific constraints.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon contract. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

All data collected through our resourcing services will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

7. Liability

Nova Optima Media is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the execution of services unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice in writing. If the client terminates the contract before completion, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
